In our planning we have 300 tickets available for the event.
Members
Initially we are making these available to our members only – that is the members of our 9 currently affilaited clubs. If you would like to become a member to access ticketing now, then you can by joining the nearest affiliated club in your home State. More information about becoming a member is here. We’ll make a public announcement when we open up ticketing to all.
International members of the Vespa World Club travelling to Australia, are welcome to reprersent their national club at the event. Please communicate with us through the contact page and we’ll get back to you with pricing and how to join in.
Tickets are AUD$150
There is only one ticket category in order to encourage a single, collective moment of shared passion within the Vespa community. The ticket price includes:
- A generous welcome rally pack at registration which will include the traditional and collectible metal leg-shield cog badge.
- Access to the full published program, including access to the Vespa Epic hub, and all organized events.
- Supervised parking at the Vespa EPIC hub.
- Access to all organized rides.
- A celebratory Gala 3 – course Dinner on Saturday night at the Canberra Rex Hotel with entertainmet, special guests, and prize announcements.
- Other benefits and gifts as they are developed as the event draws nearer.
Registration
Present your ticket at registration along with ID (driver licence). Your ticket is not transferrable to anyone else. If you are unable to attend see our refund policy below. Rally packs will only be distributed to ticket-holders who present at the event and packs will not be handed to a third party.
Refund Policy
You’ll appreciate that hiring and pre-booking facilities and services in a large Australian city is a major task for an association of Vespa clubs. For this reason we are only able to provide refunds up to 21 days prior to the event. That is, refunds are not available after Thursday 18th February as all funds will have been spent and committed. Please do not purchase a ticket until you’re certain that you will be attending.

Terms and Conditions
Art. 1 – The Event
The celebrations for the Australian Vespa Days 2027 will take place in Canberra from 11 to 14 March organised by Vespa Club Canberra and Vespa Club of Australia under the auspices of the Vespa World Club.
Art. 2 – Admission
All persons duly registered with a Local Vespa Club affiliated to the Vespa Club of Australia that is a member of the Vespa World Club may register for the event. General admission and registration will be made available at the discretion of the event organizer.
Only original Vespa and Vespa Cosa vehicles are admitted, provided they are legally approved, insured, and authorised for road circulation in accordance with applicable regulations.
The number of participants will be limited.
Art. 3 – Participation Fee
The participation fee is AUD$150
The fee includes, by way of indication:
* Official event programme
* Official welcome kit
* Discounts and benefits as negotiated.
* Dedicated Vespa parking with monitored entrances and exits
* Access to all rides and organized events.
* A seat at the Gala Dinner including meal and entertainment.
* Participation in the Vespa Parade
* Any additional services communicated at a later stage
No different “light” or “full” fees are created, in order to encourage a major collective celebration of Vespa passion.
Refunds are available up to 21 days prior to the event, and not available after Thursday 18th February 2027.
Tickets are ‘personal’ and not transferrable without consultation with the organizer.
Art. 4 – General Rules
Each participant attends the event under their own sole responsibility.
The Organiser declines all liability for damages to persons or property caused by participants or third parties.
Australian law, and laws applicable to the Australian Capital Territory, shall apply to all aspects of the event.
Art. 5 – Program Changes
The Organiser reserves the right to modify the event programme for organisational or safety reasons, even without prior notice.
Art. 6 – Registrations and Organisation
Registrations and payment may only be submitted through the official form published on the Vespa Club of Australia website.
Registrations may close early once the maximum number of participants is reached.
Art. 7 – Hotel Accommodation
Each participant is solely responsible for arranging their own accommodation.
Art. 8 – Exclusion from the Event
Participants who endanger the safety of others, damage facilities or vehicles, or harm the reputation of the event may be excluded without any right to refund.
The submission of incorrect data or violation of these rules will result in automatic exclusion.
The Organiser’s decisions are final and may also apply to future events.
Art. 9 – Liability
Only original, registered, and insured vehicles are admitted.
Each participant drives and takes part in activities at their own risk.
The Organiser shall not be liable for physical, material or financial damages before, during or after the event.
By registering, the participant releases the organisers, the Vespa Club of Canberra and partners from any liability.
Compliance with the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) road rules is mandatory (helmet use, speed limits, prohibition of drunk driving, etc.).
Art. 10 – Acceptance and Processing of Personal Data
By registering, the participant fully accepts these Terms and Conditions.
Personal data will be used exclusively for registration, organisational and statistical analysis purposes, in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.
Data may be shared within the Vespa Club of Canberra and with parties involved in the organisation of the event, solely for operational purposes.
All personal data will be deleted by the organizer upon completion of the event.
Art. 11 – Surveillance Services
The Organiser advises that CCTV surveillance systems may be in operation in the EPIC event areas, parking zones, and at venues booked for social activity.
Art. 12 – Alcohol, Drugs and Weapons
The Organiser may deny access or remove from the event anyone who:
* is in possession of weapons or illegal substances
* is under the influence of alcohol or drugs
* behaves in a way that compromises safety or public order
* has been involved in serious incidents at previous events
