Foro Italico, Rome June 25-28, 2026

____________________________________________________________________________________________________
This is a World Club international event for its members only. Members of affiliated Australian local clubs are members of Vespa Club of Australia, and the Vespa World Club. Ticketing is done through your membership of the national club of the country where you live. Please read all this information first before you hit the black Registration Button below.
This event coincides with the 80th anniverasry of the Vespa motor scooter and so Rome, the ‘eternal city’, has been chosen as a symbolic venue for the celebration. The Foro Italico area is in the heart of the city adjacent to Stadio Olimpia on the River Tiber. This will be unlike any previous World Days event. It’s being driven by Piaggio, and not only by a local club. It is expected to have a huge attendance (the Vespa Club of Italy alone has 95,000 members) so many of the usual VWD arrangements will be impractical to organize. We’ll update you here as more information comes to hand about what the event might look like.
Ticketing
There are short timelines and strong international demand for tickets. Not everyone is going to get a ticket and not everyone will get all that they want. There is a Full Ticket Quota system / cap for each country to enable fair access to the event for all National clubs.
Information about ticketing – structure and pricing is not yet available.
A Full ticket TBC
A Lite Ticket TBC
AUD ticket prices include the ticket price in Euro (including European VAT), currency conversion and transfer fees, and paypal card fees.
The registration portal will be open to National Clubs from (TBC). It’s important to be in the first upload on Date TBC. It is expected that all tickets will be allocated quickly and according to the quota system.

Here is the Vespa Club of Australia process.
We will (Date TBC) call for applications to Register, along with payment in advance, from our Members around Australia. The VWC requires that you be a member of ‘good standing’. We will verify each applicant with the President of the relevant local Australian Club. Given that there’s a quota for full tickets we will give preference to our longer term members rather than people just newly joined to attend this event.. The application must be a definite commitment that you will attend, and will include payment to us in advance. It’s not an ‘Expression of Interest’.
One financial membership means one ticket. There is no provision for the purchase of multiple tickets for partners, family or friends.
You provide us with an email address that you open and check daily, even over the summer holiday period. We will communicate with you within short response timelines. We can’t be responsible if you miss a deadline for registration or payment.
Key Dates
On (Date TBC). We will upload the first batch of applications received on the VWC portal, and then progressively add applications as they are received up to the close of (Date TBC). The Rome Organizers will then review all applications, and unoccupied quota places will be reallocated to any on the waiting list in the order they were lodged world wide. National Presidents will then be asked by the Oranizers to again verify and sign-off the applications.
By (Date TBC). The Rome Organizers, through us, will confirm your registration as included (or not included) in the available tickets. We then will bulk transfer all paid monies. Once international transfer has taken place, there is NO REFUND available afterwards, and tickets are not transferable to others. So you have to be absolutely sure when you initially apply.
Tickets are usually bulk emailed to us, the Australian National club, in the two weeks prior to event, and we then distribute to you via that email address you initially provided.
The Vespa Club of Australia is here to work on behalf of its members. We make no profit from these transactions. Arrangements for flights and international travel are your responsibility and all bookings are at your own risk.
